Overview
OCIO offers access to educational and other content that can only be delivered via satellite downlink. Educational content comprises 90% of the content for this service.

- Installation, set up and configuration of transport from OCIO satellite to the end user transmission media (e.g. cable tv or other means)

Special Considerations
- Customer must issue a separate satellite service request and technical support directly with the vendor providing the incoming signal.
- A cable TV drop may be required depending on method of transmission to end users.
- There are a limited number of steerable satellite dishes available. Customers are encouraged schedule at least two weeks in advance.
- Weather conditions (e.g. sun spots) may impact transmission feeds.
