Pagers
Overview
OCIO offers pager services through its contracted provider, American Messaging. Pager service is available to OSU departments and colleges for university business. Personal pager service accounts cannot be provided.

Alphanumeric and numeric pagers available
Optional Features
Voice Mail service can be added for an additional fee
Pricing
Orders for new service or for special orders incur the standard administrative order charge.
Pager Products:
- P or T-900 (unlimited 2-way text messaging: $28.70 per month
- Alphanumeric (1-way text messaging; receive only): $ 5.60 per month
- Numeric (no text capability): $ 4.54 per month
Voice Mail Service Options:
- Message Alert (10 messages, 30 seconds in length, 12 hour retention): $0.60 per month
- Message Manager (15 messages, 60 seconds in length, 24 hour retention): $ 1.80 per month
- Messaging Plus (20 messages, 90 seconds in length, 72 hour retention): $ 2.90 per month
Eligibility
OSU faculty and staff with appropriate department or college approval
How To Order
To order, upgrade, replace or cancel an existing pager submit an eRequest to the Office of the CIO (OCIO).
When placing an order, please include detailed instructions for picking up your pager equipment including your contact name, phone number, address location and any other special request.
