Project Activities

The Gap Analysis and Strategic Initiatives team (i.e., the group that is determining the key strategic initiatives that need to be implemented to close the gap between the current state and vision or future state) documented approximately 30 proposed initiatives. For each initiative, they developed a document that includes a brief description, key objectives, tangible and intangible benefits, prerequisites, cost estimates, and proposed funding sources. The proposed initiatives will be presented to the Stakeholder Advisory Committee later this month for their input and suggestions on the priority ranking to be assigned to each initiative.
