Project Activities

A draft of twenty-seven proposed initiatives was presented to the Stakeholders in two separate meetings. Nineteen departments around campus were represented in these meetings. Stakeholders were asked to provide feedback as well as assign priority points (from a total of 100 points) to each initiative. The next step is for the PlanIT team to assess the results of this feedback, and develop an implementation plan that includes timelines, responsibilities and funding strategies.
