Project Activities

The Team continued with refining and prioritizing the proposed strategic initiatives. Feedback was incorporated from 31 individuals outside of the CIO organization: i.e., five faculty members, four students and 22 staff. As a result, the Team is in the process of redrafting the initiatives for further discussion with the Stakeholders in early January 2003. The draft initiatives and priorities will also be shared in the December meeting with the Executive Sponsor Committee.
