   1. Project Activities
      • Added four new members to the Core Planning Committee

      Current State Activities

      • Held weekly meetings
      • Survey Research Completed the survey for students, faculty and staff
      • Completed the evaluation of the expenditure data from Resource Management Systems and Institutional Analysis
      • Continued the analysis of the 2002 OSU Poll results
      • Completed the survey for administrators using the Zoomerang survey tool
      • Completed the survey for alumni using Zoomerang
      • Conducted academic unit questionnaires with 10 colleges and regional campuses and administrative unit questionnaires with 10 units
      • Held weekly meetings
      • Held five Technology Day sessions
      • Conducted and documented 21 focus group sessions
   2. Gap Analysis and Initiatives Activities
      • Prepared for the initiation of the Team's activities

      • Customer Satisfaction Survey through Survey Research

2. Comments
   • The Current State Interim Report is still in progress in order to incorporate the data received from the Technology Satisfaction and Needs Survey, conducted by Survey Research. However, we continue to plan to present the draft plan to the campus community during the fall quarter for implementation in early 2003.
