  1. Accomplishments
    1. Project Initiation Activities
      • Briefed the President’s Cabinet on PlanIT
      • Finalized Executive Sponsor committee membership

    2. Current State Activities
      • Held weekly meetings
      • Developed Current State survey instruments, interview tools and questionnaires
      • Delivered the survey questions for students, faculty and staff to Survey Research
      • Evaluated the data from previous OSU Polls and the End User Access Assessment
      • Developed survey questions for OIT technical staff, administrators and alumni to be administered using the Zoomerang survey tool
      • Evaluated the RCAC Principal Investigator survey results
      • Worked with Business and Finance to produce a report of campuswide IT expenditures
      • Obtained a report of campuswide IT personnel expenditures

    3. Future State Activities

      • Scheduled five Technology Day sessions and confirmed most speakers
