Project Activities

During June, John Ellinger and Cathy Bindewald analyzed the comments provided by the Stakeholders following the May meeting. A chief concern of the group was defining a method to establish priorities for the initiatives and actions for implementation. As a result, the actions have been regrouped into two groups: Actions Already in Progress and Those Next in Line. The Core Team and the Executive Sponsors will be meeting in July to continue the effort to assign priorities to the initiatives and the actions.
