   • Completed the analysis of the survey for alumni
   • Conducted academic unit questionnaires with 7 colleges and regional campuses and administrative unit questionnaires with 8 units
   • Drafted the Current State Interim Report

3. Future State Activities
• Worked with the Project Team and the Stakeholder/CIO Advisory Committee Members on the draft vision statement and guiding principles
• Drafted the guiding principles
4. Gap Analysis and Initiatives Activities
• Prepared for the initiation of the Team's activities
