Project Activities

During January, the Gap/ Strategic Initiatives Team continued work on the proposed initiatives. Each initiative is being described along with cost estimates, proposed funding sources and proposed governance. Of the 48 proposed initiatives, approximately one third will not require financial support to implement. The Team expects to present a draft of the plan to key university stakeholders for further feedback next month.
