Project Activities

The Gap Analysis Team completed the PlanIT Initiatives and Action List. This list includes eleven major initiatives tied to the Guiding Principals and 47 actions to implement the initiatives. Proposed leadership, costs and funding sources are provided for each action. Additionally, since the research component is felt to be the weakest area of the plan, a focus group is planned in the near future for a group of researchers. The Research Foundation has provided a list of active, multi-disciplinary principal investigators. The Ohio Supercomputer Center will also participate in this discussion.
