Project Activities

The PlanIT Core Team refined and realigned the proposed strategic initiatives to incorporate information received from Stakeholders. A draft of the proposed initiatives, vision statement and guiding principles were presented to the Executive Sponsors in mid-December. The Core Team is currently working on finalizing the Gap Analysis/ strategic initiatives, and beginning to define implementation strategies and costs.
