      • Completed Current State survey instruments, interview tools and questionnaires
      • Survey Research piloted and initiated the survey for students, faculty and staff
      • Evaluated the expenditure data from Resource Management Systems and Institutional Analysis
      • Completed analysis of End User Access data
      • Analyzed 2002 OSU Poll results
      • Delivered the survey for administrators using the Zoomerang survey tool
      • Prepared the survey for alumni using Zoomerang
      • Piloted and conducted academic unit questionnaires with four colleges
    3. Future State Activities
      • Held weekly meetings
      • Finalized plans and logistics for the five Technology Day sessions
      • Conducted and documented six focus group sessions
      • Completed the web-based future state survey form

      • Revised and enhanced the Strategic Initiative Assessment Score sheet template
