Internet access at Ohio State just got sweeter with reduced rates from UNITS for OSUWeb.net.

OSUWeb.net, a fee-based dial-in Internet modem service from UNITS, is offered to students, faculty, and staff of Ohio State's Columbus, Newark, and Wooster campuses. It offers connectivity speeds up to 56K, three different plans, two of which provide subscribers with personal web space, and no setup or annual contract fees.

To sweeten the deal, on April 1 UNITS reduced the $12.95/month Unlimited Plan by 31% to $8.95, added unlimited usage from 3-7 am to both the $6.95 Basic and $1.95 Buck95 Plans (additional time billed at $.10 hour), doubled the personal web space for both the Basic (10 MB from 5) and Unlimited Plans (20 MB from 10), and users get to maintain their OSU.EDU e-mail addresses.
