On Sunday, October 18, the Office of the CIO (oCIO) will be performing emergency maintenance beginning at 12:01 AM on the data storage system. During this emergency maintenance the following systems will be affected: Carmen, Course Approval, Data Mart, Data Warehouse, Digital Content Management (Xpedio), eMaterials, eReports, eTravel , Find People, Medical Center eRecruit/MC Employee Self Service (ESS), Operational Data Stores (PeopleSoft SIS and legacy ODS) and OSU Library Catalog, PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Human Resources and PeopleSoft Student. E-mail services will remain available during this maintenance.

Services are expected to be restored on the following schedule:
· By 7:00 AM – Carmen, eMaterials and OSU Library Catalog
· By 8:00 AM – Find People
· By 11:00 AM – Medical Center eRecruit/MC Employee Self Service (ESS)
· By Noon – eTravel
· By 1:00 PM - Course Approval and Digital Content Management (Xpedio)
· By normally scheduled hours of operation (refer to oit.osu.edu/hrfin/systemhours.html for details) - Data Mart, Data Warehouse, eReports, Operational Data Stores (PeopleSoft SIS and legacy ODS), PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleSoft Human Resources and PeopleSoft Student
