On June 13, the Office of Information Technology's IT Service Desk relocated to 025 Central Classroom Building from 512 Baker Systems Engineering. The IT Service Desk includes walk-in customer services and the Telecommunications and Networking cellular sales and support area. It handles questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding computer hardware and software, Internet connectivity, and related topics.

The IT Service Desk provides support for site licensed software (Microsoft products sold at UniPrint), e-mail & wireless accounts, identity maintenance, BuckeyeBar, disk recovery, Internet connectivity walk-in assistance, laptop consultation, OSU Wireless (cellular & data), bill payments (phone, cable TV, cellular), and statistical consultation.

The IT Service Desk is located at 025 Central Classroom Building, 2009 Millikin Road. Up-to-date hours of operation are available at 8help.osu.edu/1691.html.
