To receive the monthly discount, faculty, students, or staff must authenticate through a special OIT phone line at 614-292-7100 to verify enrollment and/or employment with OSU. The discount is available to current and new OSU WOW! subscribers.

Current WOW! subscribers who want to receive OSU Affinity Program discounts may do so by calling 614-292-7100 for authentication. The call will then be transferred to WOW!. Tell the WOW! customer service representative that you are a current WOW! customer and would like to participate in the OSU Affinity Program.

*$5 per month discount applies to single-service accounts (Cable TV only or Internet only). WOW! Phone is not available as a single product. $10 per month discount applies to any two-service bundle accounts (Cable TV plus Internet, Cable TV plus Phone or Internet plus Phone). $15 per month discount applies to any three-service bundle accounts (Internet, Cable TV and Phone). Discounts are applied to customer’s current WOW! rates. OSU New Customer Affinity Program Rates are available to new WOW! customers who are authenticated OSU faculty, students, and staff.
