Through a campuswide site license agreement, Ohio State now offers its
faculty, students, and staff unlimited access to MATLAB, an integrated
technical computing environment that combines numeric computation, advanced
graphics and visualization, and a high-level programming language.
The license also provides for unlimited use for classroom instruction
and for off-site access for university faculty and staff on personally
owned equipment. The campuswide site license was obtained through a cost
sharing collaboration of the College of Engineering, the Ohio Supercomputer
Center, and the Office of Information Technology.
