CIO Advisory Executive Committee A small executive committee works with the CIO to confirm recommendations on ensuring its effectiveness regarding pertinent topics. The executive committee includes representation from Arts and Sciences Cluster, Business and Finance, Health Sciences Cluster, Human Resources, Libraries, Medical Center, Professional Cluster, Regional Campuses, Research, and Council on Libraries and IT Chair.

CIO Strategic Planning and Related Organizational Changes The change in CIO leadership and President E. Gordon Gee's new vision for One University Ohio State demanded significant realignment of the prior strategic vision. In this discussion we will review the goals, objectives and projects of the 2009-2014 CIO Strategic Plan and seek feedback on how to improve and adjust the plan.

CIO Advisory Community Communications A productive and high performing advisory community entails a clearly defined set of collaboration guidelines that will encourage open and honest dialogue. Our goals for this session will be to discuss communication tools and processes that encourage input from a diverse audience and enables the tracking and reporting of communications to the broader community.
